Ms. Riekert has worked in chemicals manufacturing for 22 years having participated in or directly managed twelve plant start-ups. She has an enviable reputation for delivering product on time, on spec, and on budget. She is the former Production Manager for Haldor Topsoe, Inc., an internationally recognized leader in catalyst production and technology.  Ms. Riekert thrives on keeping all the balls in the air–tracking the details of chemical plant management from the process itself to plant logistics to human resource development to capital investment.

Gary R. Gildert, BASc (ChE), PEng., MBA, Executive Vice President and CTO
Mr. Gildert has worked in the hydrocarbon processing industry for 24 years in plant operations, capital projects, R&D, sales, and technical support. He is an internationally recognized expert in hydrotreating with an impressive record of patents, publications, and international presentations. He is a former Regional Sales Manager for Süd-Chemie Inc., a world renowned catalyst production and technology company. His zeal for developing customer specific solutions for challenging environmental and quality issues translates perfectly into CCSI’s business model.

William V. Knowles, BS (ChE), Ph.D., V.P., Research and Development
Dr. Knowles has worked in catalyst manufacturing, polyolefins process development, and R&D for 9 years. He completed his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University in the area of synthesis and characterization of nanostructured materials for catalytic applications. His dedication to the application of rigorous system evaluation and superior synthetic control to the development and application of new technologies critically impacts the future direction of Custom Catalytic Solutions.
