Our manufacturing facility is located within 500 miles of
40% of the USA refining capacity and 90% of the USA Ethylene
production.
The facilities are conveniently located just off Fairmont
Parkway in the Bayport North Industrial Park (BNIP) in the
La Porte / Pasadena, Texas area. BNIP is a relatively new
development which already hosts companies such as Sulzer and
Tyco Valve.
The 32,000 ft2 building includes offices, laboratory, manufacturing,
and warehouse space. Encompassing ten acres, the tract of
land gives adequate room for expansion.
